Oil bath air filters is vertical drums barrels made from steel plate. The barrel is divided into three parts; they are outer intermediate layer, the inner intermediate layer and straight pipe section. There are swirl-oriented filler leaves and filter layer in the upper of the inside intermediate layer. The air tangent into the outer intermediate layer from the horizontal direction, then begin to rotate and flush the oil surface downwards, thus cause the oil surface produce wave and oil foam by air, the air get oil bath here. The dust and impurities in the air were absorbed into the oil. After the oil bath ,the higher oil concentration air through upward the swirl-oriented filler leaves and the rotation follow to separate the most oil from the and throw it into the ring groove at the edge of the barrel, then return to the oil room in the lower position by return line. The air which experienced oil removing pass swirl-oriented filler leaves keep upward and through the filling layer and separated the oil and other impurities of the air once again. The filtered cleaning air will enter the inlet of air compressor through the straight pipe section. The second separated oil will through the groove of the outside edge of filter layer and return to the oil room through the return line.
