Since the founding of the SICEMT, we have been following the highest ethical standards to run all the company. In the highly competitive and fast-changing global business environment, it is particularly important to preserve these standards, our duty is to ensure that we can maintain our good reputation as regard to the integrity.
As joined the company, everyone should be familiar with the principles of conduct so as to know how to deal with customers, partners, colleagues and members in the same field. Principles of conduct are the extension of our core values. Our values include honesty, respect, cooperation, courage and innovation which help us to understand our responsibility and make the right decision with the principles of conduct.
We must abide by ethics and Principles of conduct in all the decisions we have made, report any conduct which may violate these norms, and to fulfill the corresponding responsibilities. Our goal is to create an open atmosphere, encourage the staff to come up with their ideas on moral and abide the law without worrying about the adverse happened. I hope that everyone can fulfill its responsibilities in accordance with the principles pointed in this paper.
